Poly Kleen Standard Projectile
Standard projectiles are used in hose, tube or pipe where contamination occurs in straight-line pipes without bends or kinks. Standard projectiles are produced to a rigid cell structure with medium to low porosity, allowing the projectile to clean to maximum efficiency without deterioration of the projectile in the hose, tube or pipe. Contamination can be heavy but not corrosive.
Abrasive projectiles are designed with purpose fitted abrasive gauze to the front of the projectile; this gauze acts as an effective scrubber for hose, tube or pipe, which has heavy contamination. After firing abrasive projectiles, the user will either complete the cleaning process with a standard or coupling projectile, to ensure the residue of the gauze is not remaining in the hose, tube or pipe.
Grinding projectiles are coated in heavy aluminum oxide grit. Grinding projectiles are used in hose, tube or pipe with heavy contamination and corrosion. The grinding projectile must be followed by either a standard or coupling projectile to ensure minimum articulate dust remains in the hose, tube or pipe.
Coupling projectiles can be used in non straight line pipes and other configurations, the tensile strength of the projectile allows sufficient flexibility to enable the projectile to compress through joints, couplings, kink, turns and other reductions occurring in teh hose, tube and pipe. Contamination can be heavy but not corrosive.
Product recovery projectiles are designed to travel through a system without the need for disassembly, thereby allowing maximum expansion within the bore of the hose, tube or pipe. The projectile is of a soft tensile strength with a closed cell structure, allowing the light to moderate contamination to be removed. Compressibility of the projectile up to 70%.
